Responsibilities

: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget - Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership - Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and negotiate pricing - Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, including features, specifications, and available options Skills: - Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience - Knowledge of retail math for calculating commissions, profit margins, and discounts - Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing - Experience with inventory control to manage vehicle availability and ensure accurate records - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for effective communication with diverse customer base - Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions - Demonstrated success in outside sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
