Overview

: We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Sales Consultant to represent our luxury fragrance brand. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in selling luxury goods and fragrances, with a deep appreciation for storytelling and a flair for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and guide them in selecting the perfect fragrance, providing tailored consultations.
• Share the rich history and culture of our brand, immersing clients in the unique story behind each fragrance.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, ensuring the growth and success of the brand within the retail environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams, ensuring consistent and elevated customer experiences.
• Deliver exceptional service with a focus on building long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
• Represent the brand at exclusive events, promotions, and activations as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on fragrance and high-end goods.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with a passion for sharing the narrative behind the brand and its products.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a retail environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Experience working in luxury retail or high-end boutique environments is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.
