Z Grills is seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering sales results. Candidates should consider themselves to be strategic in sales planning and execution and well organized as this is a national product launch. Responsibilities

:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for your specific region.
• Creating relationships with various retailers in order to sell Z Grills within their industries.
• Calling big box retailers and distributors in stores on a weekly basis to create business partnerships.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the brand and our related products.
• Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Working remotely within your specific region.
• Working with the CEO on creating a successful sales structure for individual regions.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Grill sales experience i.e. Pit Boss, Traeger, Weber, etc.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing big box retailer customer accounts for at least ten years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Bilingual: Chinese
