We're looking for a highly assertive and experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in appointment setting, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment -- we want to hear from you. What We 're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
• Able to confidently handle objections and keep conversations on track
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven by results
• CRM experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Manage and update lead information in our CRM
• Hit weekly appointment targets and performance metrics
• Act as a professional and positive first point of contact for potential clients What We Offer:
