Job Description

: We are looking for an energetic and bilingual Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. This role focuses on customer relations, key- account management and marketing support through phone calls, emails, and a loyalty app platform. If you enjoy connecting with people, are tech-savvy, and can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish , this position could be a perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls, send emails and pitch different products or promotional offers to the customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Manage and follow up on emails related to customer support, promotions, and product inquiries.
• Assist with updates and engagement through our customer loyalty app (training provided).
• Maintain and update customer databases on Excel.
• Support marketing team with campaign follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotional outreach.
• Perform general office support tasks and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
• Friendly, professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Some college education or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
