We are a fast-growing men's Swiss watch brand seeking a professional and motivated Client Representative to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the art of concierge-level service , has a passion for luxury timepieces, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Compensation

would be base salary plus commission, plus bonus, and includes parking and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide white-glove support to high-end clients
• Guide customers through the sales process via our e-commerce platform
• Develop strong product knowledge of our Swiss timepieces
• Build lasting relationships that convert into repeat sales

Requirements

:

• Experience in e-commerce sales or luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi task under pressure
• A passion for watches and an understanding of the watch market is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor What We Offer:
