Responsibilities

of the AT &T Sales Assistant:

• As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for connecting with customers to assess their unique wireless needs and what services or promotions they are interested in that would best suit them
• Identifying sales and upgrade opportunities when educating customers about the benefits of our products and services
• Create customized sales presentations and wireless device quotes based on your understanding of their needs and requests
• Track sales progress and report on key metrics such as the number of new accounts, total sales volume, and customer feedback
• Establish and maintain a network of industry professionals and business leaders to keep a pulse wireless knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and role development
• Set and managing realistic expectations with customers on wireless service, mobility connections, unlimited data, and delivery if necessary AT &T Sales Assistant

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers .
• Basic technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and wireless devices.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours
