Job Description

: We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Salesperson to drive sales of residential HVAC units and standby generators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proactive approach to managing sales from lead generation to installation.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sell residential HVAC systems and standby generators to homeowners.
• Manage relationships with contractors, utility companies, and installation teams.
• Oversee multiple sales channels, ensuring smooth coordination from initial consultation to project completion.
• Handle multiple installations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to customers based on their unique needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC and generator products, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, generators, or related industries.
• Knowledge of electrical and gas/propane systems is a plus.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and deadlines effectively.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is preferred. What We Offer:
