We are looking for a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners and realtors to find off-market properties for purchase. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and looking to earn a high income through our competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and realtors to identify potential off-market properties.
• Engage with property owners to determine interest in selling and gather relevant property details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and real estate professionals.
• Effectively communicate Cavadian Properties' value proposition and answer questions about the selling process.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up with leads as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Goal-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn. What We Offer:
