Summary We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Faricy Boys Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the vehicle selection process, providing expert advice and information.
• Create relationships with companies and sell fleet vehicles
• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers through cold calling and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively and understand dealership operations.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
