Key Responsibilities

: - Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, personalization, financing, and paperwork completion. - Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. - Utilize the Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions. - Educate customers on the brand and company benefits. - Present customer deal structures and additional finance products. - Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups. - Enhance sales skills and techniques through continuous training and instruction. - Complete ongoing training modules to stay informed about new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc. - Represent the brand and dealership by providing a best-in-class buying experience.

Qualifications

: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, car sales, or retail sales. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent. - A valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record.
