We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will guide them through the leasing process with professionalism and care.

Duties

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and community amenities.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups using leasing software.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain inventory management of available units.
• Utilize sales pipeline techniques to convert leads into signed leases effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the property and engage with potential tenants.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or real estate environments.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Experience in outside sales or outbound sales is beneficial for driving leads.
• Proficient in using leasing software and other relevant technology tools.
