Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative With min 5 years experience in food and Ingredient distribution to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales efforts.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance market reach.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and ingredient industry sales management or direct sales.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight value propositions effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
