Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to effectively assist customers. Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Strong sales skills are a plus, with an ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software is essential.
