• Learn the window film industry through hands-on training
• Shadow our current sales consultant to gain real-world experience
• Consult with residential and commercial clients to provide tailored window film solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently sell our services
• Transition into an independent sales role after training

Compensation

& Growth:

• Training Period (3-6 months): Base salary + small commission on assisted sales
• Post-Training: Commission-based pay at 10% per job sold

Qualifications

: Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred industries: automotive or construction) Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive or flat glass window tinting (preferred but not required) Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel
