About the Role

Due to new account acquisitions , we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative. After completing training, you will be responsible for managing three accounts (primarily in Japanese). During the training period, you will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations , including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. This will equip you with the skills to provide effective logistics solutions to clients in the future. Fast-paced growth environment:

Responsibilities

Administrative & Logistics Operations at a Japanese Logistics Company

• Coordinating vendor arrangements (tracking shipments via phone)
• Handling customer service inquiries
• Communicating with headquarters in Japan
• Managing shipping and receiving orders, forwarding procedures
• Updating internal systems
• Troubleshooting and improving system operations
• Overseeing warehouse operations and shipping processes
• Preparing shipping documents for different destinations
• Generating shipping lists based on order data
• Managing inventory movements
• Performing picking, packing, and labeling
• Inventory management 3.

Requirements

Professional-level Japanese proficiency Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., boxes containing iron cookware) Basic Excel skills (formulas required; VLOOKUP preferred) During the holiday season, expect up to 1 hour of overtime per day. 4. Work Schedule Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM 5.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $40,000 $45,000
