About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll master direct sales techniques in an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. You will build and lead a sales team, and earn overrides on their success. This role has upward mobility, with strong income potential. Why Join Liberty Hail?

• Earning Potential: $144k+ in your first year, with no earnings cap.
• Base Salary: Up to $6,500 per month
• Commission: 15% commission rate per sale ($800-$1500+)
• Overrides: 2.5% override per sale on team members ($100-$250)
