In this role you will work directly with manufacturers, customers and outside sales associates through
• _inbound phone calls and emails_
• , to provide pricing, specifications, availability of
• _PUMP_
• products, and to process customers ' orders.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to new and existing customer requests via inbound calls and emails.
• Select, specify and submit orders on Pump Equipment
• Develop Quotes
• Review all orders for pricing, terms, ship date, etc., and confirm with customer prior to entering.
• Provide technical assistance
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• HandleRMA's(return merchandise authorizations)
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable in varying aspects of plumbing and/or pumps
• Experience working with customers in defining product needs
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency using computers while actively listening, both for data entry, as well as for complex computer navigation
• Computer literate, detail oriented, and organized
• Ability to problem solve to arrive at the best solution
• Stable job history Minimum 2 years of customer service experience over the phone Pump experience HVAC, plumbing or construction experience preferred
