Overview

: We are seeking a Retail Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions - Communicate effectively with team members and customers - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Conduct wireless sales transactions efficiently - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Implement retail math principles for inventory management Skills: - Ability to manage retail operations effectively - Strong customer service skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Excellent communication skills with proper phone/computer etiquette - Experience with cash register operations - Knowledge of wireless sales processes - Effective time management abilities - Understanding of retail math principles for inventory control If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for the Retail Sales Lead position.
