Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for design and helping people transform their homes? Join our team at the largest Budget Blinds franchise in the country! We are a family-owned and operated franchise with 18+ years of experience, over 75 employees, and multiple offices. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a wrapped vehicle, tablet, phone, comprehensive sales training, and quality leads. What You 'll Do

• Meet with customers to identify their needs and present our window covering products
• Accurately measure and recommend the proper mounting and product solutions
• Prepare quotes using specialized software and communicate via email and phone
• Follow up with customers from initial consultation to final purchase
• Maintain an organized schedule and stay on top of tasks independently What We 're Looking For
• Interest in design, home decor, and helping people decorate
• Excellent communication skills to explain product benefits and features
• Attention to detail for measurements and product mounting explanations
• Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and custom software
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own work priorities What You 'll Get
• Earnings Potential: $70,000-$90,000
