As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local market conditions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Organize open houses and property showings to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth transactions. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or property management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele.
• Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively.
