Key Responsibilities

:

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients, providing a seamless luxury purchase experience
• Stay knowledgeable about all Mercedes-Benz models, features, and benefits to support client needs and interests
• Deliver tailored vehicle presentations and test drives
• Guide clients through the full purchase process, from initial contact to final delivery
• Maintain ongoing communication with past clients for future sales and referral opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and assist with inventory control
• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and training sessions
• Ensure every client leaves with a positive and memorable experience

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 3-4 years of automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Professional, articulate, and solutions-focused
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive attitude
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening
