Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated Home Improvement Sales Representative specializing in windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, and other related services. In this role, you will generate leads, conduct in-home consultations, and provide expert guidance on energy-efficient and cost-effective home improvement solutions. You will assess customer needs, present tailored proposals, and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience in home improvement, construction, or related industries
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
