About the Role

: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. We are open to either part-time or full-time with normal working hours between 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Core

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately and promptly
• Act as a primary point of contact between customers and internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, quality, etc.)
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing up to date and accurate information on the status of their orders
• Collaborate with the Account Manager or other internal departments to address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Accurately document all customer interactions, orders, inquiries and issues
• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with both customers and internal teams
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer concerns, challenges, or areas for improvement
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet onsite visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed such as data entry, scanning and filing
• Contribute to company goals and continuous improvement efforts
• Comply with established ISO standards and Aztalan's core values
• Adhere to regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent, required
• Valid Driver's License, required
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing
• Must have highly accurate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
• Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must have the ability to follow procedures
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
