Compensation

: $16.50 per hour + bonus and commission Earning Potential : $20-$24 per hour with average sales performance, $30+ per hour with top-tier performance

Responsibilities

:

• Sales Excellence : Drive membership sales and achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Customer Engagement : Greet prospects warmly, conduct studio tours, and help new clients understand the benefits of Pilates.
• Lead Management : Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and texts to convert them into members.
• Studio Support : Assist with studio operations, including scheduling classes, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the studio team to ensure a positive experience for every client.

Requirements

:

• Sales Experience : Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency with computers and familiarity with studio management software (Mindbody experience is a plus).
• Fitness Enthusiasm : Passion for fitness and a basic understanding of Pilates is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Results-Oriented : Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
