Responsibilities

• Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and trends.
• Support supervising staff in training new associates as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
