Do you have construction experience, a talent for sales, and the ability to sketch floor plans? We're looking for you!

• For almost a decade, Posh Kitchens & Baths has been Long Island's premier full-service Kitchen & Bath remodeler specializing in "Open Concept" renovations. We are currently seeking a strong closer who brings hands-on construction knowledge, a proven sales background, and the ability to communicate design ideas.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners to understand their interior renovation goals
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and scope
• Provide expert guidance and product knowledge based on real-world construction experience
• Create or sketch basic floor plans or construction plans to help visualize proposed changes
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals and estimates using our proprietary estimating software tool.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution What We 're Looking For:
• Hands-on construction experience - you understand the build process from the ground up
• Sales experience - confident in guiding homeowners and closing deals
• Basic floor plan or construction drawing ability - either hand-sketched or using simple digital tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple active leads/projects
