PCB Insurance Services is seeking a Full Time Employee

Account Manager to join our team! We are looking for the the right individual who has the desire to earn a good living, in a friendly environment, with great benefits. You will be the primary contact with our clients and their employees providing assistance with enrollment, eligibility and claims issues. This position will focus on building long term relationships that foster client satisfaction and ancillary sales.

Responsibilities

:

• Eligibility Processing at Open Enrollment and throughout the year
• Claims Processing Assistance
• New Business Processing
• Interaction with Carrier and GA Partners
• Data Entry
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in Employee
