Position: Assistant Manager - Sales & Consulting Duration: Permanent Location: Plano, Texas, United States Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Role Summary: The Assistant Manager will support leadership at Toyota Tususho Systems in sustaining and expanding the business unit by managing budgets, financial planning, and operational strategies. Key areas include P&L oversight, project management, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and process improvements. This is a Permanent Position offering a Base Salary + Commission structure. -

Responsibilities

:

• Support management at Toyota Tususho Systems in executing projects, including implementation, maintenance, and development planning to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives through requirement analysis, testing, and training plans.
• Assist leaders in financial planning and budgeting for long-term strategic cycles.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of operational strategies and objectives for Toyota Tususho Systems.
• Proactively identify budgetary trends and potential issues to support informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and resource optimization to enhance efficiency.
• Effectively utilize systems and shared resources to streamline operations.
• Share best practices with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment.
• Lead innovative initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving organizational efficiency.
• Serve as a project manager for Toyota Tususho Systems projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Cultivate a positive work environment by maintaining high morale and ethical standards.
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and a safe workplace.
• Ensure staff success by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and providing developmental opportunities through coaching and feedback. - Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Prior experience in a managerial support or assistant manager role with P&L oversight.
• A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated success in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiative execution. - Required Skills/Experience:
• Mandatory:
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial support or similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with proven leadership in client-facing projects.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic alignment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Secondary:
• Technical capacity to evaluate and improve systems/processes.
• Experience working in cybersecurity or consulting industries. - Other Skills:
• Ability to lead and develop teams through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Proficiency in fostering a positive, ethical work environment. - Important Notes:
