Description: The role of the Sales Manager is to drive technician sales through regular sales training, mentoring and riding with technicians to identify areas for improvement individually. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Director of Operations to achieve sales goals
• Coach, motivate and train technicians and sales team to exceed team goals
• Debrief sales appointments
• Communicate and align with the other departments and functions.
• Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
• Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Mentor and develop Technicians including sales processes, upselling techniques and effective customer follow-up to achieve appropriate sales metrics.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
• Analyze sales incentive programs.
• Promote cross-selling across departments.
• Evaluate competitors for offerings, analyze market share and trends, which is shared for leadership evaluation.
• Conduct regular ride along with Technicians and Sales teams to coach appropriate sales tactics. COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:

Requirements

: Previous experience leading technicians in a residential Sales environment Valid Driver's license with a good driving record. Service Titan experience a plus. Strong computer skills in MS Office with a solid understanding of Excel
