Job Description

: Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cool trucks and equipment -- and a knack for marketing? Work Ready Truck is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll not only be responsible for making local on-road sales calls to sectors such as colleges, municipalities, truck dealers, and construction and landscape companies, but you'll also play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-person sales calls to prospective clients across various sectors to promote and sell our high-quality truck equipment and bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Manage and grow Work Ready Truck's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and digital content that align with sales efforts.
• Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or truck equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, content creation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a creative edge.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across both sales and marketing duties.
