ServiceMaster CDR is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join our growing team!
• What You 'll Do: As a Business Development
• Manager
• you'll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR--connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence. You'll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and- learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.

• Someone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you've worked in restoration or insurance!)

• Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the move!)
• You 'll Be:
• Visiting insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sources
• Attending local networking events and trade shows
• Hosting fun and informative presentations and drop-ins
• Tracking your outreach and success using CRM tools
• Working closely with our sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journey
