Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design and a strong ability to connect with clients, helping them realize their vision through innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service expertise, and design knowledge to effectively guide clients in selecting products that best suit their needs.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on lighting design and product selection, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Manage inventory stock levels and assist in maintaining an organized display of products.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including attending client meetings and showcasing design options.
• Operate cash register functions accurately during transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience from consultation through installation. Skills
• Proven sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client interactions effectively.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
