Summary We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic team at a leading national truck and equipment parts company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and a proven track record in sales, specifically within the truck and equipment parts industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships across the Houston, Beaumont, Dallas, and San Antonio regions.
• Utilize your expertise to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customers.
• Communicate with your inhouse team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Engage in the business to learn the relevant information to deliver to our customers.
• Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with customers.
• Provide Weekly Sales Plans.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in outside sales or technical sales roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
