The Position: Rich's ideal Sales candidate is an energetic, self-motivated go-getter. Because work ethic and drive determine commission, it is vital that a candidate for a sales position with Rich's be enthusiastic and determined. Rich's showrooms are high-energy, customer-oriented, professional environments, designed with high-end customers in mind, so dress and demeanor must match this context. A Rich's salesperson must be articulate, confident, and a fast learner. Self-starters will thrive in this environment as the only limits on achievement here are those you set for yourself. Retail and/or sales experience is a bonus, but we welcome anyone with ambition, vision, and drive to apply. Other Information: -We are a retail store, so you will want to work most weekends (Sat. 10-6 and Sunday 12-5) -All sales consultants have 2 consecutive weekdays off an occasional weekend off can be arranged. -We sell the highest quality products, so professional dress and demeanor is a MUST for our high-end showrooms! -Hiring at our Lynnwood and Bellevue locations

Qualifications
