Job Title: Business ( &Sales) Support Work Address: 3033 W President George Bush Hwy, Plano, TX 75075 (Onsite) Contract Period: 1 year + extend

• Work Hours: 08:30-17:30 - OT may required Note: Must be
• Bilingual
• Korean/English QUALIFICATIONS:
• Entry level or less than 3 years of sales support or business development support experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry JOB FUNCTION/DESCRIPTION:
• Support Sales and Business Development teams with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Manage and update CRM systems and sales-related databases.
• Conduct P&L simulations using Excel and the Cello system to support financial decision-making.
• Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Pricing, Legal, Operations, and finance teams.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Help track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and partner engagements.
• Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business development activities.
• Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
