We specialize in Gold & Silver IRAs and private portfolio diversification, and we're experiencing rapid growth. We're now seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Miami office and build a powerhouse team around them. The Role As VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for leading the sales floor, recruiting and developing top talent, and ensuring consistent growth month over month. This is a high-level leadership role for someone with a proven background in precious metals sales who can lead by example and help take our team--and our clients--to the next level.

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee and manage all sales operations in our Miami office
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of Account Executives and Junior Brokers
• Set and drive KPIs to meet aggressive revenue goals
• Lead by example by participating in sales and closing high-value clients
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, marketing, and company growth initiatives
• Cultivate a winning, motivated culture on the sales floor

Requirements

:

• Must have experience in the precious metals industry (Gold & Silver IRAs or physical metals sales)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
• Strong background in building and scaling sales teams
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals consistently
• In-office leadership required in Miami, FL
• Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot/Kixie a plus)
