Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the food service equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge to effectively provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers. A working knowledge of foodservice equipment and supplies is REQUIRED to perform the tasks for this position.

Key Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the food service industry, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and other facilities requiring food service equipment. - Proactively identify potential customers, conduct outreach, and schedule sales calls to discuss product needs and requirements. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our equipment offerings, including key features, benefits, and pricing. - Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product lineup. - Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives, driving revenue within the assigned territory. - Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights that influence our sales strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. - Regularly update the company dashboard with client information, sales activities, and follow-ups to maintain accurate sales tracking.

Qualifications

: - A working knowledge of foodservice equipment and supplies is REQUIRED to perform the tasks for this position. - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food service equipment industry or in a related field. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. - Strong understanding of the food service industry and equipment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver's license required). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for building client relationships and a track record of success in sales. Salary Range: Margin Based

Compensation

Structure - $55,000 - $75,000 base draw, (total compensation potential of $80,000 - $120,000+ based on performance) A working knowledge of foodservice equipment and supplies is REQUIRED to perform the tasks for this position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
