• Help the customer define their transportation needs, find the right vehicle to meet those needs, and address customer concerns which stand in the way of a vehicle purchasing decision.
• Follow our sales process and embody the CarShop Philosophy. The CarShop Sales Consultant operates from our values of integrity, teamwork, and caring for the customer.
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
• Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers
• Continuously contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere, with readiness to assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.

• Able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
