We are seeking an enthusiastic motivated Retail Sales Manager Trainee at the entry-level to help enhance our customer experience and drive sales performance. The Retail Manager Trainee is an essential position within our team, responsible for assisting in store operations, leading and developing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level management role is designed for individuals with a passion for retail and a desire to learn the ins and outs of retail management. We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed and advance your career in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations within a retail setting, ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly environment.
• Support, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain retail store presentation standards, including product displays.
• Collaborate with management on team performance and sales strategies.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Monitor and manage sales orders, process transactions, and ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
