Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Liaison - Home Care Company: Home Health Care, Inc. Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area (21 Counties) Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 Base + UNLIMITED COMMISSION! Key Responsibilities

:

• Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with key referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, ensuring Home Health Care, Inc. is top-of-mind.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent us at community events , networking functions , and professional conferences to increase visibility and reach.
• Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations to raise awareness about home care benefits, creating lasting community engagement.
• Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless experience for clients referred to our services.
• Performance Improvement: Regularly assess outreach effectiveness and provide recommendations for refining strategies.

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry Experience: 2+ years in community outreach, sales, or marketing --ideally in home care or healthcare.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to connect with diverse groups, from medical professionals to potential clients.
• Self-Motivated and Independent: Proven track record of working autonomously while remaining aligned with team objectives.
