Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative with strong clerical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Generate leads, prospect new clients, and sell company products
• Make 20-50 calls daily to prospective clients and warm leads
• Track leads and sales activities using Keap or similar CRM software
• Schedule and confirm appointments for senior IT consultants.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
• Provide technical sales support as needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales quotas
• Adaptable to changing sales strategies and market conditions
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Nice to Have
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Graphic design skills
