Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. Elkhorn Gun Barrel is looking for more amazing team members! We are looking for people who are self-driven, detail oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy. Must have clean criminal record and be over 21. Base pay is $15 per hour plus commission. Earn $18 - $22 or more per hour! Flexible schedule. Full time team members are guaranteed 4 ten hour days a week (40 hours) including some weekends. Duties

: - Greet customers and provide them with a welcoming and friendly experience. - Assist customers in finding the products they need, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. - Ring up sales, handle cash transactions, and operate the cash register with precision and accuracy. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all stock is properly displayed and restocked as needed. - Manage stock levels, including receiving and stocking new shipments, and conducting inventory counts as required. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to- date on new releases and promotions. - Work effectively as part of a team and meet customer needs. - Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and honesty.
