Overview

Lilac City Vapor is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. As the face of our brand, you'll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for every customer. You will assist customers in selecting the right products, manage transactions accurately, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Vape product knowledge is preferred, and a passion for helping customers is a must!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide product assistance and recommendations
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately handle transactions
• Engage customers to suggest complementary products and increase overall sales
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure register balances at end of shift
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked according to visual standards
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside order processing
• Stay informed about current products, promotions, and store events
• Comply with all laws and regulations related to the sale of age-restricted products (must be 21+)

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required by law for vapor product sales)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to commute to Spokane, WA locations
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work full-time shifts between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Vape product knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus Join Our Team!
