Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will work closely with marketing to ensure rapid client acquisition. This is a full commission position selling high-ticket home exterior improvement projects.

Duties

• Conduct in-person consultations to generate revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer accounts, and report on sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
• Negotiate terms of sales and financing agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop canvassing routes to generate more lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in outside home improvement sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with warm calling techniques and outbound calling strategies.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
