Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. You will engage with potential members, showcase our offerings, and demonstrate the value of joining our community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales, technology sales, or business development, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership targets. - Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members. - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. - Attend networking events and community outreach programs to promote membership opportunities. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience in direct sales, technology sales, or territory sales. - Strong business development skills with a focus on account management. - Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads and tracking sales activities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results. - A passion for promoting membership growth and contributing positively to the team environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
