Full-Time positions available. Hiipaka LLC - Waimea Valley on Oahu's North Shore is seeking full-time and part-time Retail and Visitor Service Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that visitors have an excellent experience at Waimea Valley. The position duties include welcoming and informing visitors at the Visitor Center, retail sales in the Gift Shop, processing admissions transactions in the Ticket Booth, providing shuttle service to the waterfall, and monitoring our beach parking lots. The position requirements are:

• Team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, visitor service environment
• Ensure an excellent visitor experience by communicating in an effective, warm, informative, and thoughtful manner
