TEXAS REFINERY CORP , a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 102 years, is seeking an enthusiastic team player for the Entry Level Sales & Credit Manager position in our credit department. The position offers an outstanding opportunity for advancement within the company for the right individual. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related products marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, and many other industries. Responsibilities

:

• Maintain a good working relationship with customers and salespeople by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts and invoices in a courteous and efficient manner
• Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions
• Communicate identified credit risk accounts to management as required
• Research and examine customer credit risks, assess credit history
• Negotiate payment terms, collect payments, and account maintenance
• Assist customers with product returns and damaged/lost merchandise
• Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
• Other duties as required and assigned Communication skills:
• Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
• Approach problems logically and with good judgment Candidates should have:
• Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree
• Customer Service and Collections experience are not required, you will be trained
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to dealing with customers and salespeople with the utmost integrity and transparency.
• Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios.
