ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant - Skincare Sales Sales

Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Beauty Freelancer with strong skincare retail sales. This part time, as needed freelance role will be on multiple retailers on Michigan Avenue - Downtown Chicago. As a Beauty Retail Consultant - Sales; your primary responsibility will be to drive beauty brand sales and provide exceptional customer service through your expertise in beauty products, persuasive selling techniques, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Approach and engage clients in conversations, understand their Beauty needs and preferences.
• Utilize your knowledge of the brand to recommend and demonstrate the products based on customers needs.
• Selling techniques like building baskets to upsell and cross-sell beauty products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the store management and team to develop relationships and implement sales strategies to drive cosmetics sales.
• Maintain and organized the beauty space, ensuring that products are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked.
• Continuously meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

of Beauty Consultant:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry, with a focus on cosmetics sales.
• Passion for cosmetics and a strong knowledge of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and beauty tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building a loyal customer base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
• Familiarity with different cosmetics brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.
• Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute visual merchandising ideas to attract customers and maximize sales. Job Type: Part-time, Freelance Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
