We are seeking a District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead sales efforts and promotional activities in the Detroit region. Position

Overview

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships in the Mexico region while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Champlain Cable products. This role requires frequent field travel (50%+ of time) and collaboration with Product Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and the VP of Sales & Marketing to support product rollouts, promotions, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Goals - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets Forecasting & Planning - Assist in sales forecasting for the Mexico region CRM Management - Maintain CRM for leads, contacts, opportunities, and weekly activity reports Product & Market Support - Assist marketing with product rollouts and promotions Customer Engagement - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits Travel as Needed - Minimum 50% travel within the region (valid passport required) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

& Skills Minimum 2 years of relevant field sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Basic technical knowledge of Champlain Cable products Ability to travel internationally as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
